We commonly hear from our clients that we are their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th trainer they’ve hired. The reason it hasn’t worked out for them before is that the other trainers were too rigid and didn’t adapt to the individual dog, or they didn’t have a comprehensive plan, or they put too much emphasis on obedience commands without practical uses.

We don’t believe in conforming to “training methods” that can get in the way of actually training a dog. Our programs are designed to give you a plan for at home and for the future, not just during the lesson. And we focus more on the dog’s state of mind rather than commands; Many of our clients’ dogs know the “sit” command, but that alone doesn’t stop them from jumping up on guests – a calm state of mind combined with rules and boundaries does.
